Main Building Group is proud to have successfully delivered a large-scale industrial make good project for our valued client, Dometic, at their former Clayton warehouse facility. Spanning a total building area of 4,861m², this project involved a complete return to base building condition — readying the property for re-leasing and future tenant occupation. Our team managed every aspect of the process with precision and care, coordinating a complex scope of works across office, warehouse, and external areas to meet both compliance standards and Dometic’s exit requirements.
Scope of Works
Office and Amenities (756m²):
Partial internal strip-out
Full make good of all surfaces including plaster and paint repairs
Servicing of electrical, fire, and HVAC systems
Detailed cleaning to restore presentation standards
Warehouse (4,105m²):
Complete internal strip-out, including demolition of a two-storey mezzanine and integrated storage units
Make good of the concrete slab, fire systems, electrical infrastructure, roller doors, and emergency exits
Preparation of the entire warehouse space for new tenant fit-out and compliance
External Areas:
Full make good of the external car park and loading bays, including surface restoration and cleaning
